So here’s what happened. In 2012 I lost 78 pounds. In 2013 a lot of bad emotional things happened and I stopped being healthy and gained a lot back. Now, in the beginning of 2014 I’m eating healthier and joined a gym, but I’m facing a “too little too late” situation. I have to get my gallbladder out. So healthy eating is a necessity to prevent attacks before surgery. Hence the shiitake pad thai. For dessert, strawberries. Here’s to getting back on track!
